Often asked

What's included
and what is not included

Are CIMA government fees included in the price?

+

First year government fees are included in the Starter and Fund Launch packages. For certain services, fees are paid separately (this adds from $200 to $5,000 depending on the type of entity and license). A full estimate breaking down professional work and fees is provided prior to signing the contract. No “additional fees” during the process.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

+

Yes. For projects over $20,000, the standard installment plan is 50/50 (50% at the start, 50% before receiving a certificate/license). For VASP projects - 30/30/40 (after Phase I scoping / after submission to CIMA / after approval). For Fund Launch - 40/30/30. Individual schedules are discussed at the first meeting.

What if CIMA refuses a license?

+

Our approval rate for VASP licenses is 92%, for stock registrations - 99%, for other licenses - 88%. In case of refusal, we analyze the reason and support re-submission with adjustments - without additional payment for professional work (only new state fees). If the refusal is due to the client providing inaccurate information, this will not be covered. All conditions are specified in the engagement letter.

What currency do you accept payment in?

+

Banking transfers in USD to the account of Cayman Atlas Partners Limited (Cayman National Bank). By agreement - EUR, GBP, CHF. We accept cryptocurrency only from licensed VASPs by prior agreement (USDC / USDT through regulated custodians). Wire details are issued after signing the engagement letter.

How long does it take to prepare a commercial proposal?

+

After the initial 45-minute consultation, 3-5 business days for a personalized PDF plan: recommended structure, steps, timelines, cost breakdown for professional work and regulatory fees. The plan is valid for 30 days, after which it can be adjusted to changes in CIMA fees or regulatory requirements.
